What you need: Brazil nuts Dried apricots Medjool dates Cinnamon Sea salt Vanilla extract

Add brazil nuts to a food processor and blend until rough flour forms.

Add dried apricots, medjool dates, cinnamon, sea salt, and vanilla extract.

Process until all blended and dough forms. Add more dates or apricots as needed.
