Apple Muffins with Crumb Topping
What you need: Almond flour Arrowroot flour Coconut sugar Baking powder Apple pie spice Eggs Vanilla Extract Avocado oil Apple puree Almond milk Diced apples
Mix together the dry ingredients and set aside.
Mix together the wet ingredients and add dry to wet. Don't overmix.
Add diced apples to the batter and fold in.
Line a muffin pan with muffin liners and preheat your oven to 350F.
Fill each muffin cup with muffin batter.
Top generously with crumb topping.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
