Chocolate Chip Apple Cider Pancakes

What you need: Apples Apple cider Maple syrup Vanilla extract Apple pie spice Flour Coconut sugar Baking powder Sea salt Eggs Apple sauce Butter Chocolate chips

Make stewed apples - Cook chopped apples with apple cider, maple syrup, vanilla, and apple pie spice in a saucepan for 20 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and whisk again. Fold in chocolate chips.

Cook the pancakes with butter or oil in a large skillet. Keep warm in a preheated oven at 200F.
